A glossy white kitchen with black/anthracite granite counter tops, provided with all comforts. Modern ATAG built-in appliances such as an 80 cm wide induction cooker top, an extractor hood, a built-in refrigerator, oven with integrated microwave and a fully integrated dishwasher.
The walls are tiled with white Mosa wall tiles (30x45 cm horizontal) and square anthracite tiles on the floor (45x45 cm). The walls are tiled to about 1.50 m above the floor and partly above the toilet.

The ceiling height is approximately 260 cm. The ceilings are painted.
The floor is covered in a sleek PVC strip floor from Forbo. As the first resident you can choose from five designs.
Take note: The 2nd floor of the homes will NOT be finished. The floor and wall finish of the homes only apply for the ground floor and the 1st floor.
The outside frames and doors are made from hard wood and are painted opaque.
The entire house/apartment has underfloor heating which ensures a pleasant temperature and the correct heat. The bathroom contains an extra electric designer radiator.
The city garden is enclosed with a black steel wire mesh (180 cm high) with top tube and lockable garden gate. The city garden has a terrace (approximately 300 cm deep) and a footpath (approximately 100 cm wide) to the wooden garden shed.
Each house has one private parking space.
These new construction houses/apartments are much more sustainable than older homes; new constructions are less taxing to the environment and have an exceptionally low emission of C02.
This is partly due to the good insulation (HR ++ insulating glass) and the use of (several) solar panels to power the house/apartment.
With an energy consumption that corresponds to energy label A, these homes/apartments are therefore very energy efficient. You will notice this in the energy bill. This is also better for the climate and environment.
